Renata Bronshtein is a lawyer with more than 14 years experience, exclusively in the field civil litigation, specialising in property and casualty claims. She spent most of her career defending claims against various insurance companies, learning the inner workings of the insurance claims system. She worked as in-house counsel for a major insurer before joining a prominent litigation firm where she worked for most of the major insurance companies.
In early 2010 Renata switched over to represent injured victims and soon started her own firm. Renata currently works solely with victims of various accidents representing their interests in cases against major insurance companies, corporations and individuals. In addition to personal injury cases and accident benefits litigation, Renata currently handles cases in areas including medical mal practise, product liability and general civil litigation and all types of insurance litigation. Our other areas of practice include general injury litigation, family law and immigration law.
In addition to serving her clients at Bronshtein Injury Law, Renata and her team have recently been retained as outside counsel to a well respected Plaintiff side law firm, PACE LAW. As outside legal counsel to Pace Renata has file carriage of a variety of injury cases and has thereby lent her legal expertise to an even greater variety of clients and cases. Renata feels that having this exposure to another firm's clients and practise trends will enrich her own practise and help her develop more innovative ideas as far as the handling of all her clients' cases. Renata feels that her boundless energy and no-delays approach to litigation will allow her to be as successful with her new endeavour as she has always been in getting top results for her own firm's clients.
Apart from her busy practice, Renata enjoys teaching and has recently taught in the Paralegal program at the Algonquin Careers Academy in Mississauga, Ontario. Her courses of instruction recently included Dispute Resolution and Legal Ethics for the Paralegal Program. Aside from her busy practice Renata enjoys traveling, reading, going to the gym, and spending time with her family, friends and with her dog.
